Harvey H. Baden

Harvey H. Baden is an Associate Consultant with EquiPro International and Managing Director of ProTalk Consulting, a Sydney, Australia-based organizational change management firm. He has worked in a wide variety of organizations and specializes in corporate change, executive coaching and staff development. His primary interest is in working closely with people to develop and encourage communication, both individually and within a team environment.

Harvey has been a golf professional, an Australian Army Officer, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and directed the Training and Development departments of international companies.

Harvey began his career as a field sales representative with Pfizer. He worked as an in-house consultant in organizational development in the pharmaceutical industry, working with the senior management teams and Boards of Directors in the development of corporate Mission, Vision and Values.

In addition, he has provided a consulting service both nationally and internationally in product marketing and strategic leadership working with companies such as CSR, Westpac and Pfizer. He has developed strong facilitation skills with senior executives and line managers in succession planning, business planning and team development. His key capabilities include Leadership 360°, change management, teaming, mentoring and sales methodologies.

Harvey has a graduate degree in Business Studies and Certificates in Organizational Development and Training and Development. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
