While the Coaching Process can be a planned series of sessions, there will be situations that arise throughout the process that require immediate attention with the Coach providing options for action on an impromptu basis.

Prior to each coaching engagement we will establish specific coaching objectives and determine with our client the most effective methodology for achieving your results together. This determines the scope and fees of the coaching assignment.
