EquiPro International presents at MRG’s Network Conference on How to use Leadership Culture to Strengthen a Strategic Business Alliance
The presentation includes an analysis and discussion about the use of our Leadership Culture Analysis Survey® to identify how two organizations exemplify similar or different leadership behaviors in their culture. We also discuss the implications of the survey findings and how they can help increase the effectiveness and productivity of teams and alliances.
We also published our findings regarding the two cultures of a big pharma company and a smaller pharmaceutical company in Pharmaceutical Executive in the article “Bridging the Gap”.
