Sharyn Mosca is an Associate Consultant with EquiPro International and has been working with professionals and designing educational strategies to meet business needs for over 20 years. She has worked in healthcare organizations both in manufacturing and corporate roles, with diverse workgroups domestically and internationally. Some of her past corporate experiences include leadership development roles with Hewlett Packard, Johnson and Johnson, Hoffman-LaRoche and Becton Dickinson.

Sharyn sensed the need and desire for leaders to more clearly align their values with their leadership practices, and eager to lead with authenticity. Sharyn introduced EQ (Emotional Intelligence) as a development tool to leaders in Asia, Australia, Latin America, throughout Europe, as well as in the United States. She continues to remark that EQ is of global interest and a powerful way to develop leadership maturity. She uses Emotional Intelligence as a foundation to teach other key competencies such as; influence, managing change, developing and coaching others, diversity awareness and building teams.

Sharyn is certified in EQ by Essi Systems International, has certifications in many leadership tools such as; CCL Prospector, Keys, Myers-Briggs, DISC, The Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Survey. She is a member of the ASTD, National Speakers Association, and secretary for the NJ chapter. She is also a member of the ODNetwork. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, a Master’s Degree in Organization Development, and is currently President of Sharyn Mosca Consulting Group, LLC.
