Paul Maloney, Ph.D., is an Associate Consultant
with EquiPro International and President of Paul Maloney &
Associates, a management consulting firm in Fairfield, CT.
He was formerly in charge of Management Development and Human
Resources Planning at NBC, a Senior Consultant with Mobil,
and Director of Training and Development with PepsiCo International.
Paul has had his own business for 12 years. He has consulted
with American Airlines, GE, Mobil, Chrysler, Perrier, ARAMCO,
Wilson Sporting Goods, AlliedSignal, TIAA, COVA, The Savings
Bank of Rockville, Matra, Middlesex Hospital, and many other
organizations. Paul has traveled the globe and conducted
programs in Hong Kong, London, Athens, Cairo, Riyadh, Caracas,
Paris, Nairobi and other international locations.
Among his consulting specialties are: change management;
executive assessment and coaching including 360° feedback;
team building; leadership; performance management; and interviewing.
He serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA
Program at the University of New Haven teaching Organization
Development and also teaches in the Industrial Psychology
Program in the Graduate School at Fairfield University.
Born in Boston, Paul graduated from the College of the
Holy Cross, served as a Lieutenant in the Navy, and later
received his doctorate from the University of Virginia in
Charlottesville.
