Paul J. B. Habegger is an Associate Consultant
with EquiPro International and the Founder and President of
Advantis Research & Consulting. He specializes in organizational
research and consulting related to individual and group performance
improvement. Paul holds a Masters of Business Administration
in Organizational Leadership from the University of Minnesota
and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
Paul has been active in organizational performance research
and consulting with Fortune 500 companies for over 18 years.
He has served clients from a wide variety of industries,
including: automotive, consumer products, pharmaceuticals,
retail, financial services, health care, high technology,
medical technology, heavy equipment manufacturing, telecommunications,
and utilities. Much of Paul's work has been conducted internationally.
Paul has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative
research methodologies. He has integrated these methodologies
in competency models, training evaluations, field force
effectiveness studies, customer satisfaction projects, and
team effectiveness research. Paul has dedicated considerable
time in helping clients translate research findings into
effective plans of action.
