Esther Fleischhacker 

Esther Fleischhacker is Senior Consultant at EquiPro International, Ltd., a New York City based international management consulting firm which specializes in the strategic development of organizations and their employees.

Esther started her career in the restaurant and retail industry where she served in consulting and management capacities. Over the years she opened several restaurants in New York City that operate successfully and have branched into other parts of the US. During her last assignment in the industry she led a team of 25 managers and over 120 employees in seven (7) operations in New York and surrounding areas. By assessing strengths and opportunities for underperforming locations, she formulated and implemented growth strategies which resulted in a 25% increase in revenue.

After graduating cum laude from the New School University with a Masters in Organizational Change Management she joined EquiPro International. Thriving in EquiPro’s collaborative, results-driven environment, Esther provides consulting services in leadership, team development, business development and organization effectiveness. She is an excellent relationship builder and uses her service-industry experience along with her analytical skills and theoretical knowledge to not only help grow EquiPro’s business but to provide clients with the highest level of customer service.

Her clients include Hearst Magazines, Magazine Publishers of America, Pfizer Inc, Procter & Gamble and Alexion Pharmaceuticals.

In 2004 she developed several business development modules for Partners, Business Development Executives and Senior Marketing Staff for PricewaterhouseCooper’s U.S. Market Conference in Chicago.

Esther is a member of Toast Masters International and the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology.
