Bill Stieber is an Associate Consultant with
EquiPro International, bringing over 30 years experience in
providing corporations with organizational change, training,
& leadership improvement services to EquiPro.
As president/founder of Interpro Development,
Inc. Bill has identified corporate needs, designed, and implemented
customized organizational improvement plans and processes
for more than 500 major corporations from diverse industries
and corporate cultures since 1992. He has utilized TQM, Six
Sigma, and innovative customer service and Organizational
Systems Design tools for large-scale organizational improvement,
and developed programs for leadership effectiveness, high
performance teams, human resource management, and executive
coaching for mid-size to larger organizations locally. Bill
has traveled internationally to Argentina, Belgium, Canada,
Mexico, Germany, Kuwait, Pakistan, Singapore, and United Kingdom
to provide on-site leadership training, group facilitation,
reengineering, process redesign, and improvements to cultural
/ functional initiatives.
Prior to founding Interpro in 1992, Bill worked
in management and consultant positions for companies including
AT&T Capital Corporation, ICI Americas, Deming Method
Consulting Group, Proctor & Gamble, the Naval Air Defense,
providing a wide range of Organizational Development services
and customized programs. He was with CIGNA Corporation for
more than nine years, in a variety of positions including
Corporate Director of Management Development and Training.
Bill Stieber’s professional affiliations
include the Association for Quality and Participation, National
Speakers Association (Certified Speaking Professional &
past president of local chapter) Organization Development
Network, and American Society of Training and Development
(ASTD). He holds a BS in Education, Pennsylvania State University,
an MBA in Management & Personnel Relations, LaSalle University
and a Ph.D. in Adult and Organization Development, Temple
University.
