EquiPro
International was recently selected to become a licensed facilitator
for the Zegna Retail Store Customer Relations Program, based
on research that identified the critical success factors for
Zegna’s luxury clothing Store Managers and Sales Associates.
This
program has been delivered in 2005 to over sixty (60) of Zegna’s
U.S. retail Sales Associates and Store Managers. There is
a follow-up research program scheduled for 3rd quarter 2005
and for 1st quarter 2006 to evaluate the ROI impact of this
training program.
