New leaders come into the management role with significantly less functional experience and organizational maturing.Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) wanted to offer its members a program that would address these concerns. EquiPro led a half-day workshop for the MPA titled, “Developing New Managers”. The participants were given the following overview:
