EquiPro Principals Featured at ASTD International Conference

Lynda McDermott and Bill Waite presented a pre-conference one-day workshop, "The Team Coach," at the 2001 American Society for Training and Development International Conference. The workshop explored the roles and competencies required to become an effective team coach and offered various models and tools for developing high-performance teams.

During the conference, Lynda made a 1½-hour presentation on "Executive Team Leadership: Real Change Starts at the Top." Her conference session addressed leadership characteristics of outstanding top executive teams, leadership assessment and development, and other key aspects of creating and sustaining a strong leadership culture.
