EquiPro International Presents Strategic Leadership Development for Regional and District Sales Managers At the 33rd Annual Conference of The Society for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers

Lynda McDermott, President of EquiPro International Ltd. (EquiPro) recently made a presentation at the 2004 Society for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) in Orlando, Florida on the topic of “Strategic Leadership Development for Regional and District Sales Managers”.

The objectives of the presentation included:

The summary of this approach to leadership development also was featured in SPBT’s FOCUS magazine (Fall 2003), in an article titled “Leadership: The Hidden Job Requirements for District Sales Managers”, written by Lynda McDermott and Bill Waite.
